Who is the course for?

This is an entry level course for anyone with some general experience of lifts and weight training, wanting to expand your existing strength training knowledge.

•             Getting started

•             6-week strength training programme

The 4-hour practical session will teach you the key positions for the BWL strength training barbell exercises:

•             Back squat

•             Press

•             Bent Over Row

•             Conventional Deadlift

•             Front Squat

•             Bench Press

•             Stiff Leg Deadlift

•             Barbell Curl

•             Barbell Lunge

•             Power Clean

 

What will I be qualified to do?

  • Upon completion of this course, you will be able to safely perform key strength-based exercises to a high technical standard
  • There is no certification on completion of this course

 

How long does it take to complete the course?

•             3 hours of e-learning

•             4 hours (half day) practical session

  • You must be above the age of 14 years old
  • Have some general experience of lifts and weight training
