- How to work with a range of different clients with sports specific goals or strength targets
- Safe coaching practices
- How to design and plan training sessions
- How to effectively work with other coaches, to deliver aspects of coaching sessions
- A detailed profile of 11 key strength training exercises
- Knowledge of programming, anatomy, and nutrition

Prerequisites
- Be at least 16 years of age at time of booking
